Hollywood Celebrities Sweet Homes!

Hollywood Celebrities Sweet Homes!

ennifer Aniston is getting friendly with the West Village after all. After reportedly opting out of a contract to buy a $15 million penthouse at 2 Horatio St., the former 'Friends' star is about to close on two separate one-bedroom units on the 17th and 18th floors of a swanky building on W. 12th St., the Daily News has learned.

A West Village real estate source said Aniston is set to close on the 18th floor apartment, a small penthouse apartment, and then close on the 17th floor unit within days. The actress plans to combine the apartments into a one large duplex with about 2,700-square-feet of interior space and more than 900-square-feet of outdoor space with a wrap-around terrace on the top floor which features panoramic views of the city.

Charlie Sheen once filled his Los Angeles mansion with "babes and victories and children." But now, he's ready to sell it.

The actor, who had a very public flameout - complete with speaking tour – after being fired from his show "Two and a Half Men," listed his Beverly Hills property for $7.2 million.

Realtor.com reports the 7,924-square-foot post office home was built in 1992, and has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Moore wants more? After it failed to sell for $11.9 million in 2009, actress Julianne Moore's stunning West Village townhouse disappeared from the market. Now, the 50-year-old has just put it back on the market with a bigger price tag, $12.5 million, the real estate blog Curbed reported.

The six-bedroom, five-story townhouse features a 49-foot-long landscaped garden, home theater, spa like bathroom and top-of-the-line finishings.

The property was completely renovated after she bought it in 2003 for a relatively modest $3.5 million, and the home was designed by gurus at Brooklyn-based MADE LLC.

The listing, handled by Sotheby's, reads: "Built in the late 1800s, this house has been meticulously renovated with an eye on retaining the original architectural detail, such as crown moldings and wide plank pine floors, while introducing modern amenities such as central air, high-speed computer lines and a security system."

Rachel Uchitel, former mistresses of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods, has put her Park Ave. pad on the market for $1.95 million.

"I renovated it and it's gorgeous. I don't live in New York full time, and it's a good time to sell. Other units are available on my floor, and mine is mint condition and cheaper," Uchitel told the Daily News. The voluptuous vixen bought the three-bedroom condo just last year for $1.63 million.

The former nightclub hostess is living in Los Angeles studying forensic psychology and fielding local job offers, she said. She put the swank pad up for rent in October asking $10,600 a month.

Pop star Britney Spears has reportedly just dropped $18.9 million on this estate in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old "Hold It Against Me" singer is trading her comparatively modest $8.9 million pad a few miles away for this new 20,000-square-foot behemoth, reports the Real Estalker.

It's a Tudor-style monster, with 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, extensive private gardens, a tennis court and pool, and more than a few hot tubs.

"Between the chandeliers, the huge ballroom and the double-stairway entrance, there is something completely enchanting about this home," real estate expert Chad Rogers told In Touch mag.

Spears' two boys, Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4, will probably love the home, too. The Daily Mail reports it comes equipped with a game room filled with an air hockey table, a pinball machine and arcade games.

Spears, who this week releases her latest music video, "Hold It Against Me," will join stars like "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez and reality fam the Kardashians in her new Hidden Hills nabe.

The three-bedroom condo, located in the upscale Westwood area of the city, reportedly has 2,400 square feet and distinctively modern interiors. We're talking sleek marble finishes, white-washed walls and furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

And, if he sticks around for a few years, maybe he can use the apartment's wet bar and wine fridge. The building amenities include a fitness center, valet parking, and a party room, reports the blog.

Rachel Maddow is moving into R.E.M. lead singer Michael Stipe's West Village digs. The MSNBC host, who once said her New York pad was 'the size of a van,' has purchased the $1.25 million two bedroom apartment at 130 Jane Street with her partner Susan Mikula.

You can sleep where blonde beauty Charlize Theron does for $50,000 per month. The actress has put her 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Malibu home up for rent, according to Move Trends. Theron reportedly lived in this 2,095-square-foot cottage-style home with her former boyfriend Stuart Townsend, the site says.

Sandra Bullock has gotten herself quite the pad in New Orleans. The $2.25 million, 6,615-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom mansion boasts a gorgeous swimming pool, marble mantels, antique moldings, RealEstalker.com reports.

Looks like this housewife may soon be playing house elsewhere. Danielle Staub, one of the stars of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' has put her Wayne, New Jersey, Tudor-style mansion on the market for a little over $1 million, according to NJ.com. The home has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, gym, billiard room, in-house tanning room, and more.

What a view! Actress Penelope Cruz has put her beautiful home overlooking the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, California on the market, according to the UK's Daily Mail.
The "Vanilla Sky" actress is asking $3,695,000 for the place, which features a pool and open floor plan.
